Sales Opportunity – Foundation Repairs, Waterproofing, and Concrete Lifting Division at Tillotson Enterprises Inc. (Territory is York, NE and west)

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and highly motivated Sales Representatives with a proven track record of success in growing a book of business to join our team and lead revenue growth in our Foundation Repairs, Waterproofing, and Concrete Lifting Division. This role is perfect for someone passionate about helping others while upholding our core values of teamwork, excellence, and integrity. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the value and differences in the systems Tillotson offers.
  • Follow up on leads, complete bids, and close jobs in a timely manner.
  • Attend home and farm shows to promote Tillotson.
  • Generate enough leads to meet personal and company sales goals.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the crew, overseeing inspections and reports after job completion.
  • Assist in developing marketing and promotional materials.
  • Continuously improve sales knowledge and skills through reading, podcasts, seminars, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18+ years of age.
  • Hold a clean driver’s license.
  • Pass mandatory drug screening.
  • Learn and master Tillotson Enterprises' systems and proposal processes.
  • Achieve a 35-40% sales conversion ratio.

Company-Supplied Resources:

  • Company truck with tool box.
  • Laptop and printer.
  • Fuel card for business miles.
  • Clothing allowance.
  • Necessary tools (measuring wheel, laser, etc.).
  • Company phone number.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive targeted compensation of $60,000 - $65,000/year (base salary plus commission), dependent on experience and performance.

Sales Expectations:

  • Meet both personal and company sales goals.
  • Leads will be a combination of company-generated and self-generated.

Territories: This position is focused on the Tri-Cities area and Western Nebraska.

Tillotson serves clients across the Midwest, with branches in Aurora, Kearney, and Lincoln.
